Scheme of Selection: RBI has made some changes in the Scheme of RBI Assistant 2016 recruitment. Some of the Key highlights of the RBI Assistant 2016 exam are as follows: The RBI Assistant Online Examination will be conducted in two phases- Preliminary and Mains Examination followed by an Interview. Earlier there used to be single examination for the post of Assistants. The Preliminary Examination will be conducted for 100 marks. However, the Mains Examination will be conducted for 200 marks. RBI will conduct the Interview for 35 marks. There will be three sections in the Preliminary Examination and in the Mains Examination there will be five sections. Candidates who stand sufficiently high in merit on the aggregate marks of the Objective Tests will be called for the Interview. Final Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Online Main Examination and Interview taken together in order of merit. The lower age limit has...
